 West called meeting to order.

 New business

Vanderhoeven asked board to defer discussion of pay raises for employees at a later date.

Board accepted

 Vanderhoeven advised the board of another job offer.  Board discussed ways to keep him and what good work he has done.

 Johnson motioned for $60,000 with a 1 year contract with possible raises if revenue was there effective August 1, 2010.

Baker 2^nd ; motioned passed.

 Vanderhoeven will let them know if he accepts in a day or two.

 Johnson motioned to amend agenda to discuss cell phone payments for Bruce & Angel.

Baker motioned to give Bruce & Angel $50.00 a month for them using their personnel cell phones for office business; 2^nd by Johnson; motion passed

 Baker motioned to start having board meetings every other month

2^nd by Hunt; motion passed.  Next board meeting will be June 15, 2010

 Discussed Tax Millage; board thinks it needs to stay the same; will vote on this in the June 15, 2010 meeting.
